Till now SSC haven't released any notification , so can I apply for OBC certificate or wait for the notification. because SSC makes a lot of issues regarding issued date of certificate.

 

Don't delay even a single day, coz you are already late in the process.

 

One more.. if the issued date of the certificate , obviously will be after the date of notification , so will it not make any difference.?

 

So if I apply now , will it be considered for cgl 2017
