Tips for phase -2 (15 days)
    1. English-Try to write at least 5 essays and 5 precis/comprehension. Writing practice is MUST. Write simple words in small sentences. You may use The hindu articles for this. Important topics for essay are GST, Demonetization, cyber security, NPA crisis and Digital India/Information Technology. Read articles and write in your own words (200/300/400 words).Give a great start to essay . Try to cover every aspect in body and end it with an optimistic conclusion. In précis, don’t use the words from paragraph. Avoid spelling/grammar mistake and stick to word limit.

    2. ESI- Ramesh Singh(latest edition), Budget highlights(FINMIN website), Eco Survey Highlights (VISION IAS), any one Newspaper (The hindu/Indian Express), Affairs Cloud and VISION IAS all booklets (PT365). Work for quality instead of quantity. REVISE at least thrice. Don’t use material from various sources. Try to read a single book three times rather than to read three books single time.No uma kapila/dutt sundram/ram ahuja required. Try to make balance between static part and current affairs. Try to link static with current with more emphasis on current.GOVT schemes are very important(Put the name of scheme in google and suffix it with PIB).

    3. FM-Bharti pathak for static finance and CAIIB books/ R P Rustagi for numerical. Important topic for numerical are bond valuation and ratio analysis (T S Grewal). Management from Online-management study guide.com/ T N Chabra/ S P robbins/ L M Prasad and start with NCERT. Rest will be cover by ESI preparation. Booster- Avoid NEGATIVE marking. Control ur nerve. Do lil meditation. U Can do it. Think positive and speak positive. Give ur best. Revision is the key. Read question twice then answer. Any doubt, u may ask freely.
