ASSUMING every candidate to get an average 60 marks in Tier-3.
--I have not considered the effect of CPT for MEA which will definitely lower the cut off for MEA. --I have also not considered the effect of AAO post which will again lower the cut off for all the posts

. This is the upper limit...
lower limit can be 5-6 marks less than this
NOTE: Tier-3 is going to be a game changer, powerful enough to swing the rank of a guy of AIR-2000(till now) from AIR-500 to AIR-5000 in the final result.
