What about the in-hand salary of IT officer scale-1 ??

 

In hand salary for OBC bank 37000 for the first year . BOB salary should be same .

NET Salary +41 k
NPS -6k
transportation +500
entertainment +720
quaterly allowance - 1000
pen allowance - 300 per year


You don't get petrol till probation is over. Also If you take mobile allowance expect to be on call 24*7.

Mostly benefits are same in all PSU banks with minor differnences . also add 1000 rs jaiib and 1000 rs caiib increments if you clear them.
