what is salary for niacl assistant ?

salary would beRs.17000/- for graduate. is this true ?Also HO ppl told us that training would start from27th july. so would it be combine training for all branch employees at RO ? and btw, HO ppl said email only after 6th July 2015.

 

In NIACL notification total emolument is RS. 15000 while in united insurance it is RS 17000.

 

In both company d basic is given to Rs.7640...but total emolument is different bro...

 

Basic Pay - 7640DA around 110% of basic - 8404HRA for metro city 30% of basic - 2292TA for metro city around -600;DA on TA - 660Plus extra benefits.Adding all we get total CTC more than 19596 for metro city. DETAILS OF SALARY FOR NEW RECRUIT ASSISTANTS
The present salary for Assistants with break-up as on June 2015:

ALLOWANCES AMOUNT (Rs)

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE 275
GROSS EARNINGS (TOTAL) 16598
Less: NPS (Compulsory) 10% 1579
NET SALARY 15019 Annual increment for Assistant pay scale is
Basic - Rs 440/-
DA - Rs 469/-
HRA - Rs 31/- Total Annual Increment value: Rs 940/-
HRA is calculated @ 7% of Basic.
HRA and CCA varies according to the city where the candidates are posted
Encashment of leave is allowed for every 2 years and the period starts from 2016. LTS for own and dependent parents are allowed for once in 2 years
Mediclaim coverage is effective from the date of joining the service and Parents/Spouse can be covered. Premium deductions will be made at subsidized rate
Leaves include Casual Leave, Earned Leave and Sick Leave
Insurance Qualification and Allowance:
Passing Licentiate: Rs 180 per month
Passing Associate: Rs 490 per month
Passing Fellowship: Rs 820 per month
DA increase will be in February, May, August and December every year which is in addition to annual increment.
Domicilliary lumpsum medical benefit - Rs 4,000/- per year
Mutual Benefit Society extends benefits like Holiday Home, Grants, Prizes and Cash Awards.
Incentive Scheme linked to performance is gaining momentum. works on 5 day/week - Saturdays & Sundays are holidays

i have served Air Force for 20yrs and given my younger years to the country. Yes, I earned around 45000+ at the end of my20yrs, but Life is tough in Defence forces dear ! Moreover my aged parents live alone and its time that I stay near them to take care!! I had no plans for insurance or bank as such. I got it first and also in SBT, but hearing the goods and bads I opted for insurance sector. Now I am getting pension, I will get pay fixation at Insurance company which would help me to look after my family as well as my parents. thanks ..hope I have answered u correctly
