What Is The Better Option For A North Indian Guy - Excise In South Or Css In Delhi

What is the better option for a north indian guy - excise in south or css in delhi if he is really not interested in preparing for UPSC ? I asked this question before also but didn't get satisfactory answer so guys plz genuine answers only !! Thnx !

 

It's basically differentiating between tomato and potato Css - Desk jobExcise - field job So it totally depends on individual One can't compare what the other person is looking for.It's always you has to decide

 

css..nhi toh agle saal firr se job khaayega..kissie kee..

 

bhai south mein aisee bhi jagah hai..kee paglaa jaoge 10 din mein...mera frnd chennai se hai..aur chennai ko gaaliyan deta..hai..saara south chennai nhi hai but...worst hai..sirf banglore aur hyderabad hee achi jagah hai..baaki toh kabhi bhi bhej denge..rote rote aaoge..

 

@Saurabh Sharma sab khaate hain aur khaa rhey hain...agar ye bhai apni job se khush naa hua..toh agle saal firr se dega..aur firr se job lega..jo kissie aur ko mil sakti thee especially 30yrs waalon ko jo border line pe hain..

 

yahi ho rha hai bhai badde badde tees maar khaan MEA CBI Examiner nikaal ke bethe hain..fir se paper de rhey haib kyunki home posting chaaheye..

 

As per me Koi place khrb ni hota Harr bande ka Apna point of view

 

CGL mein 30 % toh repeator hain...pata hee nhi hai kya chaaheye..

 

yaar loggon ko samjha padega unki priority kya hai...aur ye samjhna padega the grass on the other side is greener..

 

I rly dont want to go for another ssc xm ...its already second time for me ... Css is a job with which i can continue in future ?? @Nehra Gaurav

 

bhai ye tumko decide karna hai..for me home posting and desk jobs are prioirty

 

but if u want power...uniform..despite the fact i have mentioned..not in anybodies influence.go for excise...

Power,rutba,wide range of learning,scope of getting into private sector,paisa,social recognition chaiye. To bhai excise le lo.
lekin mentally prepare rehna to be in south fo long time. Personally for me i dont think south is a bad place. People are much more educated,cultured, development is there.
Languag n culture ka major difference hai. To agar home sickness hai to bilkul mat lena. Ek aur baat promotions are slow in excise.

Kal koi group mein bata rha tha ki customs n excise are rotating job. 4 years customs,4 years excise. Ye confirm kar lena ek baar sahi hai ya nai.CSS is 9 to 6 job. Workload depends on ministry,section n how your senior is.
Still private se kam hi workload rhega mostly. Lifetime desk job hai. Filework,rti reply frame karna ye sab hoga. Promotions achhe hain. 5-6 promotions tak u can get in CSS.
Accomodation allot hoga in few years depending on waitlist n vacancies. No recognition at all. Har post pe tmare jaise usi jagah pe 400-500 aur jyada log honge.Salary dono mein same hi hai. 52-53k in hand abhi.

 

Excise. Transfer ho jaata h sooner or later. Easy life jeeeni hai, 9-5, kewal salary me to CSS. Baki CSS me kuch section jese finance bahut hectic h

 

Jaldi karwa loge to koi fark nahi padega... ya fir promotion ke baad karwa sakte ho... at least better than many posts such as auditor etc where there is no inter state transfer.

 

Jaldi transfer ke liye approach chahiye n promtion excise main bhut late hota hai !!!
