    what is the new guidelines for obc certificate issued by ssc??? I have just got a message from Central region that "kindly take your obc certificate. It will be taken against new guidelines issued by ssc.

    Kindly ignore earlier message dated 07/04/2017 regarding OBC certificate. Please Report with your OBC Certificate in Document Verification . Your case will be decided based on the latest guidelines of the Commission.This is the msg.Ssc is irritating.
