In present scenario TA CBDT is far better than any other NIP post

 

After 3 years both will become 4200....But the problem in auditor is SAS paper....Which is not easy...Moreover if you look in future perspective..Income tax has more social power..And yeah TA will be retiring at the post of ACIT....

Transfer in CBDT take place in three different ways:1.Mutual transfer: Very rare chance2.Inter commisionirate Transfer: In this after completing 3 years of service you can apply for transfer , but for this you have to lose 3 years of seniority3. Spouse based transfer: If ur wife is a govt. employee in that particular state in which you want to be transferred then you can apply for this as well.
