    If a chq having self on the face but acc holder signature not on the back of chq bt chq is a bearer

    Signature on back of a bearer chq just a acknowledge of payment of money...not a mandate ...but a practice.... if customer deny to sign you can...

    yes...any employee from any bank be it nationalised pvt or coop bank can give jaiib and caiib...
