Hi all,Today i called the FGMO Chennai regarding the reporting process. While one of my doubts got clarified, others became more muddled. Here's some points of the conversation:1) One can report at the FGMO from 11st May (Mon) itself.2) It will take 2 days for the process, documents verification on 1st day and medical examination on 2nd day.3) While it has been clearly mentioned on the bank's website that we can report with the printout of email in case we don't receive the provisional allotment letter, the official said that the letter (hard copy) is necessary.4) We are expected to carry the relieving letter from our respective employers. How come this is possible for candidates like me who has 2 months of notice period? Will it be good to resign from the job before getting final offer letter?5) They didn't clarify what documents to bring at all. If it's mentioned in the provisional letter, can anyone mention that?

 

I applied for MBA original degree it will take 1 week to get ,is it ok to go for document verification with provisional, are they give any undertaking period to submit original degree.

 

i had a talk as well. they said that if I dont receive the offer letter within 15th, then i will have to bring the hard copy of the mail.

Hey I too got reporting at new delhi. Have not recd offer letter yet and they are not permitting to report w/O It bfore 15 th. Fyi : iwent for reporting today.

 

but i called them , they told me that u can report with printout of email. nw nt sure what to do , i am frm chandigarh and if they dont allow me il have to come all the way back

 

U can report with printout of mail only after 15th. Did u asked them if u can report bfore 15th without offer letter?

I am going on 18th.. I am not sure whether they will entertain us on or before 15th.. When I called up Chennai FGMO they told, if you are not getting hard copy of the offer letter by 15th, then 16th onwards you can come with a copy of the email..

 

they said the same to me as well. The process will take 2 days. Any idea whether they will provide accomodation?

 

I think they wl not provide accomodation.. Im going 2 Chennai 2mrw 4 verification.. I hav got hard copy of the offer letter 2day..
