IBPS SO IBPS Speciliast officer 2016 Preparation Thread (IT officer)

    Hello awesome people, I got selected for interview. However am 2014 passout with NO experience. Does it matter?

    same thing I wanna know I also hv no experience. I personally belive that shouldn't matter much.However experienced people may have a slight advantage in terms of there professional skills

    Yes maybe. I realized no point worrying over this. IBPS notification doesn't mention experience is preferable, right?

    Pl suggest..I have 5 year exp. first 2yr as c++developer after that i m doing project execution work on digitization. no development work from last three year. Is it create problem during interview???

    You have experience anyway. I don't see why it will be an issue. Relax and be confident. Ibps notification did not mention preference to specific work experience anyway.

    Hi, as the notification of ibps hasn't stated anything about experience. Be sure your experience in developmental work or not does not matter definitely. You have experience. You need not worry.

    Do they ask questions on C++. I have expertise in Java among obj oriented languages but no knowledge of c++

    They can ask, whatever they want. Even out of IT.

    they asked me where is world computer museum located . I wanted to literally do a faceplam in fron of them

    you will be very unlucky if you have a electronics guy on your interview board.at max 2 it officers will be on board

    certainly sir..but electronics guys are also allowed as they possess best of both the worlds

    Be prepared for a lot of questions from banking field...
    Instead of focussing too much on your engineering subjects,go for a quick study of latest banking news...

    How many marks they gives in interview? May I expect 10-12 (in 20) for an average interview.
