Guys anybody here who has both sidbi as well as specialist oficer interviews on d same date?? Wat r u opting?

 

.....ratio in spcl officer interview will be around 1:3....but in sidbi is almost 1:8.... so probability of gtting selected in spcl officer is much more than sidbi......rest sidbi on any day is a better job than spcl officer....depends if u r already in a job or settled somewhere go 4r sidbi else go for SO

 

.....actually one of my friends is in same condition....he is going for sidbi at 8.30 then he will wait till 12.30 if he does'nt get his interview done he'll go for ibps so interview.......for me I have SIDBI interview at 8.30 and my LIC paper at 12.45...and I am also doing the same...

 

....did u check according to the interview scheldule....did they call in same order as in schedule...i.e if urs in on 14 and in delhi....and ur roll no. is at the end or at the begining on 14th delhii batch.....

 

Key Points regarding interviews and my last year experience:Be specific about all the documents mentioned in call letter,ibps is very strict about it.Interview exp:There were 5 panel members( 1 IT officer + 4 others)Why do u want to join bank?You being an B.tech in cs why you dont want to work in IT field which has immense growth and salary ?You have choosen XYZ as the first choice....why only dis XYZ bank?Who is the chairmen of this bank?What is difference between cheque and draft?(Now came the IT ques from the IT officer)What is database?What are ACID properties?What is data warehouse?Difference bw database and data warehouse?what is application of data warehouse in bank, why it is used?What is networking?What is bridge?On which layer it works?thats all....

My Interview score was 72/100.

Some points to focus on interview:If ur are worked or working somewhere they'll say why did u leave your job it was a good job....and theyll neva b satisfied with ur answer.Similarly if you have some gap after studies due to prep...they'll again keep on saying why didnt u do somthing else y didnt u try in private sector....none of ur answers will satisfy them.They do all this just to check your confidence thats it...so just be confident.ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

 

Tnx bro.....but can U pls suggest me one thing.....I am working in Tcs (6 months experienced)...I didn't left my job....definitely they wl ask me why do u want to leave ur job....although I have prepared some answers but can U pls suggest some strong answers!!!

CTC of SBI IT Officer in Mumbai it's 8.4lac, we hope it's be 6-6.5lac for others banks anywhere in India.

 

ya, banks not comes under it. But, after 7th pay commission banks also increase salaries equivalent to it.

 

Whether it is required to mentioned IBPS details in NOC? or simple NOC for any interview? Please help

Yes but what is the sequence for general category also not all sc/st and obc candidates can be interviewed in one day as people from general category have it from 15 i believe

 

......also acc. to place....may b at a place very few obc or sc/st candidates.....the same was followed in last year SO PO and this years PO interview which I have given....

 

may be there are not many candidates from sc/st/obc to be interviewed at that centre so they will start interviewing gen category students
