Yes...akash...through ict my cca would now b delhi not mumbai...so i will remain for life in delhi excise

 

Sir i know Delhi is a separate commissionerate .but what about Haryana and Punjab ?are they under one commissioner?

 

@Abhishek Diwakar delhi is CCA...under delhi CCA delhi zone.. Chandigarh zone and panchkula zone lie..so punjab and haryana is part of delhi CCA but panchkula zone and chandigarh zone is seperate.

 

In cbec there is a proposal going for excise inspector to promoted after 3 years of service . earlier it was 8 years?

 

Yes..it has been drafted and now will be in action after gst will be effective...

 

so even after u become superintendent then also u will remain in delhi.. that's very gud

 

then i will fill excise as the first prefence in cgl 17

If you clear RBI Grade B then you can request RBI for initial posting at New Delhi.Meanwhile your wife can try for All India job....Kendriya Vidyalaya or Navodaya Vidyalaya.
