Its usually done by many branch managers . Its our fault . When the management ask us to work as head cashier we should ask for office order in which it should be clear that cash officer will work in which capability level. We work in level 5 but without any office order that goes against us. If there is clear office order regarding capability level no one can deny to give officiating allowance of senior special assistant

 

If you do continuously 15 days higher grade officiating. Then you can avail higher grade officiating allowance...and check ur inbox, i have sent u circular as well....

 

Bro agar app k branch mn koi senior special ya special assistant nhi ha then ur r eligible only..only ur allow first send a letter to rbo for allow u to officiate as senior spcl..the only they will alow u to ..then case if u r in cash ..ur eligile for one step uper..that is senior assistant allowance..same is done with me..i working as head cashier..but officiate as sen.asstnt...

M in SBI...head cashier in non chest branch.....N taking chief asso. allow......3970 as spcl pay....for key holding.

 

Go hrms update acting allowance.take printout n enter in officiating register. No body can stop it.

 

Rakesh you will get allowance of one rank higher;suppose you r customers assistance you will get allowance of senior assistance not that of cash officer

My capability level is increased everry morning to that of customer assistant with cap 2, group 3 teller. And my manager refused me the officiating allowance when I was in probation period. I didsay anything. But now when I have been confirmed about a month ago although didn't receive the confirmation letter yet, he still finds ways to stall me

 

U r entitled to receive acting allowance . Get circular. I got 6 months acting allowance together

 

Same thing is happening with me. I am from e sbp . I worked 2 month in 3,2,60 capability and carry cash keys. My manager says you will get head cashier allowance only when you work in capability of 5. Is it true.

 

Capability for head cashier at Single officer branch 5-7-60. He will get 3970/-

 

Sbp se SBI me merge ke bad cap4 group 84 hai power chief associate wali hai yani batch me check 8lacs or bgl head hamri I'd se dr. Ho jata rbo do tin baar by diya iska koi samadhN ya officiating milegi

 

BGL Head debit kisi capability me nehi hona chahiye. Queue Banna hi chahiye.
